A few weeks ago, Drake – the nicest rapper in the industry - released the music video for his new single ‘God’s Plan’. The opening title card to the music video states “The budget for this video was $996,631.90. We gave it all away.” The video then reveals a documentation of Drake performing a string of good deeds; giving away cash and groceries, ultimately giving away nearly 1 million dollars.
On a recent episode of “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” host Jimmy Kimmel and his show sidekick Guillermo Rodriguez made their own version of the video where Guillermo plays the part of Drake. “The budget for this video was $100,” it begins. “I gave almost all of it away. Don’t tell Jimmy....”
