Who .. What .. and Where? ... Now what you wear ,,, matters, and for people who party like no other , in a crowd of fashionistas , one true stylish personality stands out, and get noticed. We've come to love people who dress up , who love to go out there, and go clubbing, or just party fashionably  , making it like a daily red carpet habit,  be it  day and night.

Some outrageously make grand entrances with a splash of whimsy, others elegantly slip into chic couture confections that simply pin point a statement. Pardon my hyperbolic definition of how people dress up nowadays, but it's good to know that almost all have finally come to their fashion senses and embrace the art of dressing.

It's something everyone wants to see,  who's wearing who,  or what others are wearing . People either love it, or hate it, bottom-line is they spend time to stop, look and probably  to listen to their hearts content and wear what they like.
