For food aficionados there is a new place in town to head over for that new taste to brighten the senses. Right in Talamban is Melanie Tam and Hans Congmon's newest place to dine in Cebu city who both have the passion of eating good food and eventually saw the opportunity to make good ribs, so we decided to try cooking and coming up with a recipe of our own.
With a tagline “food + love” perfectly explains their secret to having nothing but good food in their menu. Their menu includes ribs, pepper prawns, chicken inasal (roasted chicken), beef salpicao, and the adobomb (spicyTagalog-style adobo) to name a few.
Hans and Melanie just started selling their “yummy” dishes last December, with the ribs as their first product. It was a home-based venture; they would get orders from family and friends, and Hans and Melanie would cook then deliver the dishes themselves.
Word of mouth led to more orders, until eventually they decided to open a shop where people could go for a taste of their culinary creations. Their shop, Everything Yummy, is located in Piazza Elesia in Barangay Talamban.
