What was supposed to be a cordial meeting of two famous people turned out what one had not expected to be. It was revealed that Katie Holmes (Mrs. Cruise to others) had a meeting with Noel Gallagher (Oasis) at the backstage on David Letterman's show at the Ed Sullivan theater in New York.
Noel was left flabbergasted after the actress reportedly requested to be deleted from the video footage the rocker's pal was shooting. Posting a blog he stated that after bumping into "top Scientologist" Katie Holmes near the elevator she looked a bit annoyed at the various accents and some vigorous handshaking while Noel's friend Scully was filming everything for his website, a member of Holmes' entourage was then sent to demand that the video be deleted. Fortunately for Gallagher everything was not that unpleasant as he got to meet heroes Steve Martin and ZZ Top singer Billy Gibbons later on. We'd understand if it was the pesky photographers shoving their cameras in their faces but to act in such a way towards a fellow artist is way too paranoid, it might be one of the many "scientology" ways to be deleted from videos of other people.
