Since there is still no end in sight for the NBA lockout which is still in full effect, the first of many NBA players who are feeling the pinch of this unwanted cashflow problem just happens to be Jason Kidd. Kidd is banking on real estate to make some spare change by selling out his pimped out condo unit in Dallas. The 2,607 square foot pad was bought in 2008 for .5mil and is currently listed at ,595,000.00 gambling on getting a small profit... in the current state of real estate in the US.
 But you are in for a surprise, for that amount you get 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a theater, and a gym plus some pretty decent views of Dallas. If you live like a baller / playa you can fit a small fleet of cars in the private 4 car garage as well. This prime property is on the 21st floor of the Azure Condo complex just a stones throw from the American Airlines Arena where Jason Kidd helped the Mavericks to their NBA championship last season.
