Ice Cube will be taking up his role again in the next chapter of "Friday" a movie which he starred in 1995 which was a stoner comedy - drama - buddy film by F. Gary Gray.
Together with Chris Tucker, Nia Long, Bernie Mac, Tommy Lister Jr. and John Witherspoon (as Ice's dad). This is completely different from the "Friday" sung by Rebecca Black (where is she now).The film revolved around 16 hours in the lives of unemployed slackers Ice Cube and Chris Tucker who must pay a drug dealer 0 on Friday night by 10:00PM. Everyone who has seen the film can remember how John Witherspoon punished the bathrooms (literally!).
Ice Cube has already been in touch with John to reprise his role as the burrito-eating, dog catching father Willie Jones in the next "Friday" movie. Chris Tucker and Tiny Lister has also been approached to reprise their respective roles in the 1995 hit, while Witherspoon is pretty excited to work with all his old pals but is more fired up about the women on the set knowing that Cube always has a bunch of fine women owing to him being an old black man (John) who always looks forward to taping with a bunch of pretty girls.
