After being ridiculed for being fat, it seems that Miley Cyrus has courted another controversy once again.
 The pop star who just recently turned 19 was again in the media spotlight for saying that she was a pothead that was quickly rebuked by her rep as simply being a "smart-ass". Miley's rep went on to say that she (Miley) was just joking about the cake her friends got her for her 19th birthday when she said about being a stoner when someone makes you a Bob Marley cake and smoking way too much f***ing weed. The whole fiasco of the Bob Marley care was an inside joke but for Kelly Osbourne (Ozzy's daughter) she's been calling her "Bob Miley" ever since the infamous salvia incident on her 18th birthday last year.
On record Miley is NOT a pothead, it was all meant as a jest supposedly. What is wrong with that? They probably can get away with most of it and if the recent increase in body mass as well as looking more circular than curvy lately is no indication of increase appetite due to the happy herbs then she must really be on something else!
