 Most of us feel that urge to have some visual stimulation that enables us to attain our goals when we try to trim our figures.
Nothing helps us burn those calories away than being inspired (self pity most of the time) by what we see on screen as actors with chiseled physiques make it plainly impossible to fathom them having such fit and trim bods. First up on the Top 8 movies are "Motivational Movies" Die Another Day (James Bond) which shows Halle Berry's impressive curves which is from working out an hour for 5 days a week and 300 a movie which had emphasized more on the god-like abs and muscles of Gerard Butler's merry band of Spartans! Next up are "Appetite Suppressants" with The Fly and Silence of the Lambs topping the list. Of course who would still have the appetite after watching Sir Anthony Hopkins talking about his favorite dish made out of human parts right? Now we head off to "Behavior Modification" where movies such as The Nutty Professor plus Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me (Fat Bastard singing "Sexy Man") provides the best examples of what to expect if not properly motivated and exercise appetite suppressants. And lastly, we check on "Education" with Fast Food Nation and Super Size Me that are both documentaries on how the usual cycle of gaining weight happens.
The Top 8 movies are suggestive inputs and not entirely what one should really watch, there are probably more better motivational movies, appetite suppressants, behavior modification, and education suited for your daily regimen. What matters though is getting into shape the best possible way you can as fast as you can considering that in 2 months time its summer and you'd hate to be all covered up while at the beach right?
