Courtney Love doesn’t need to find a new place to live. According to TMZ.com, a judge in New York City dismissed an eviction case brought by property owner Donna Lyons who claimed that Love owed ,000 in back rent on the Manhattan townhouse.
The judge threw out the case because Lyons was trying to enforce an old payment schedule which had been changed -- and agreed upon -- by both Love and Lyons. According to the court judgement, it was proven that Love indeed had been making payments according to new schedule, so Love will get to stay in her rented digs.
The court made no judgment on Lyons' other claim that Love had damaged the interior of the building in part by having it redecorated by interior designer Steven Gambrel.
