When you hear a sprightly and vivacious voice rattle off What’s in the Box, you’ll recognize its quiz time and there’s a prize out there waiting for you! And guess who thought of this one? Only one person full of beans in Y101 can concoct something as rudimentary as this and that’s our cool cat DJ Chassy aka Chassy, The Backpacker!

So creative as to come up with an interesting concept for her slot, Chassy attracts gazillions of listeners that salivate over her show. From the remotest places in the Americas to Europe, Africa, Australia and Asia, the whole world listens in on her. Known for being a chatterbox, she has swept her fans off their feet and as such has created a following that so misses her if for some odd reason she fails to go on board! 

Absorbed in a world of fun and passion, Chassy owns four entertaining hours of the day as she gives you listeners endless hits, impromptu prizes and surprises to keep you stuck! She’s an amusing kiddo to hang with in the afternoons and if you wanna know what’s hottest in Cebu, she’ll tell you all about it! Into society, clubs, events and a whole lot more in the entertainment scene, she has more than what a DJ just adlibs! She’ll tell you what the real buzz is!!! 

When asked who her favorite artist is, she replies “I have a lot of favorite songs – hmmm! I can’t figure it out!” Then she giggles saying “What’s that song I like? Oh, that Coldplay track Every Teardrop is a Waterfall! My new jam! That’s the one song that keeps playing in my head” 

She continues on to state “I also like Adele’s songs, old and new – especially Someone Like You.” A huge fan of Indie rock and Euro rock she expresses her love for edgy and eccentric sounds. “Lily Allen, The Strokes and Bjork rock!” 

Yes, this is Chassy for you alright!
