Nowadays, there’s simply too much to be au fait with in the Dance category. When we talk of EDM alone, which originated in Chicago as far back as the 80s, the dance-based music has evolved depending on its style and influence to deep house which initially fused elements of Chicago house with jazz-funk and soul or microhouse originating from minimal techno.
