Roads filled with cars and polluted with noise are what we see and hear everyday almost everywhere in Cebu.

The reason for the road congestion is mostly because of the road repairs going on around this city. There is just one after another and it just does not seem to end anytime soon.

What we have left to do to make this not even worse (even though it is already that bad) is to obey traffic rules, obviously, and share to everyone where the traffic is to help them avoid the chaos. Just like Jiggy Jr. over here. He retweets about a traffic going on at the Subangdaku flyover.
