Tour de Cebu is a three-day race of about 35 vintage cars that will show the gorgeousness of the city of Cebu and Negros.
Though the race is not about speed. The goal of this show is to reach a destination at a particular time. And just for your information, Matteo Guidicelli will also be riding around one of those stunning vintage cars.
