You can't eat and drink properly and the saddest part is, you are discouraged to eat sweets! And it also gets pretty annoying because even swallowing your own saliva is such a painful thing to do. “And I have a tender spot in my heart for cripples and bastards and broken things.”
There are a lot of medications for curing soar throat. Jiggy Jr. has his own way of clearing his throat and that is taking Pei Pa Koa candies. Although he is not quiet happy about the ingredients. As you can see on number 12, it says "Semen Armeniacae Amarum". But I'm sure it is not what you're thinking.
