On August 8, Thursday, everyone was having a good holiday because of Charter Day. There were no classes for everyone in Cebu so all students were definitely rejoicing altogether.
As for Jiggy, he enjoyed the great traffic-less day and hopes to have this road free from irritating and disobedient drivers for the entire existence of Cebu.
