Breakups are horrible. Especially if you’re a world-famous DJ whose burnt out relationship was with the planet’s most recognized pop star.

So after keeping things relatively chill for the past few months following his very public break from Taylor Swift, DJ/producer Calvin Harris offers a slight peek behind the celebrity-relationship curtain in the new issue of GQ U.K.

In the issue, Calvin expressed his regrets towards the tweets he put out after his split with ex Taylor in June. "When it ended, all hell broke loose," he said "Now I see that Twitter thing as a result of me succumbing to pressure. It took me a minute to realise that none of that matters. I'm a positive guy."

Calvin lashed out on Twitter after TaylorREAD: Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston Break Up’s team confirmed that she co-wrote Calvin’s recent hit This is What You Came For, in which the DJ responded "I figure if you're happy in your new relationship you should focus on that instead of trying to tear your ex bf down," on July 13.

In the new issue of GQ, Calvin revealed, “For both of us it was the wrong situation," talking about his nearly year-long relationship with Taylor."It clearly wasn't right, so it ended, but all of the stuff that happened afterwards..."

"The aftermath of the relationship was way more heavily publicised than the relationship itself," he said. "When we were together, we were very careful for it not to be a media circus. She respected my feelings in that sense. I'm not good at being a celebrity."
