Ellen and Britney prove why celebrities are better than everyone else.
Before heading to the Westfield Fashion Square mall in Sherman Oaks, California, TV host and comedian Ellen DeGeneres advised pop superstar Britney Spears, “You need to take advantage of your celebrity.”
And the pair did exactly that. Mall-goers stood by to watch and record videos as the two celebrities cause mayhem inside the building. The pair kicked and punched a punching bag that just happened to be hanging around inside. Ellen encouraged Britney to steal a purse, and asked a lady from the Ben & Jerry’s ice cream parlor if Britney could get a cup of ice cream for free because she’s a celebrity and makes more money than Ben and Jerry combine.
The celebrities ate their ice cream inside a furniture store after they advised parents at a kid’s pit to encourage their kids to have facials, and massages, and let them become celebrities when they grow up.
Thanks to Spears’ celebrity status -- and Ellen’s incredible sales skills -- Britney walked out of the store with a brand-new suit and the pair took a nap in a furniture-store bed.
