I’m just new here and was surprised when I learned a lot of things about Y101FM.

It happened during our weekly web team meeting, where we were discussing what to do with Y101 FM’s anniversary and everything else about it. The meeting then slowly shifted to some discussions where people who worked here before me teased each other, spilled fun facts and experiences.

From what I have heard, there were people here who worked for 30 years already, some were even “living artifacts” as dubbed by Veronica (let her be, it was her birthday). It was cool how the station started out standing up to its tagline “Always First”- something we will be talking about so you watch out for it.

I also heard a lot about the past how a personality here was the shy guy- it’s so different since that person is the most bubbling and out-going person I know now!

I want to spill more, but I won’t since we will be talking about it soon. You better stay tuned if you want to know everything and trust me; it’s something you wouldn’t want to miss.
